Apple and Plum Crumble
Filling:
Take the apples and peel, core and cube them. Then halve the plums, removed the stones and then quarter them. Mix the chopped apples and plums in with apple juice and sugar in a large round pie dish. (aprox 23cm round)
Crumble:
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the unsalted butter then rub together using your fingertips until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the rice flakes, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, sugar and cinnamon.
Apple and Plum Crumble:
Spoon the crumble mixture evenly on top of the fruit and seed mix.
Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for between 30 and 40 minutes until the topping is slightly browned and crisp

115 grams of plain flour
75 grams of unsalted butter cubed
25 grams buckwheat flakes
25 grams rice flakes
25 grams of sunflower seeds
50 grams of light brown sugar
25 grams rice flakes
25 grams buckwheat flakes
Quarter of a tablespoon of ground cinnamon
