Apple and Rhubarb Crumble
Oven – Preheat to 425F / 220 C / Gas mark 7
600 grams of Rhubarb
450 grams of Bramley Apples
50 grams of plain flour
100 grams of muesli
150 grams of golden caster sugar
25 grams of cubed butter
Slice the rhubarb into 5 cm lengths
Core and peel the Bramley apples and cut into think chunks
Place the Bramley apples, rhubarb and caster sugar in a large ovenproof dish and cook for about 20 minutes.
Rub butter in with the flour with your fingers until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
Apple and Rhubarb Crumble:
Spoon the cooked fruit mixture into a baking dish and then sprinkle over the crumble mixture. Pop this into the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until the top goes a golden brown colour.
